A Boarder Collie mix is doing well after falling through the ice on the Fox River in Little Chute Saturday.
Todd Mosher saw the dog struggling and called 911.
Mosher says he’s had many dogs and knows the love that owners share.
Owner Kim Kuether calls Wes a fighter.
