There are plans to fill a seat on the Outagamie County Board before the spring election.
Board Chair Jeff Nooyen wants to appoint someone, after the death of longtime supervisor Jim Duncan of Grand Chute.
People in District 26 will have until November 27th to apply. There will be an election in the spring for a two-year term.
