A man was walking on a road just south of Oconto yesterday, when he was hit by a van and killed.
Oconto County Sheriff’s deputies say the 63-year-old man was on Highway S, near Highway N, around 5 p.m. He died at the scene.
A 58-year-old man from Oconto was driving the van.
