Foxconn is moving forward with plans for the second floor of the WaterMark building in downtown Green Bay.
The company is hiring ISG and DeLeers Construction to design and build what it’s calling Foxconn Place Green Bay.
Foxconn bought the building last year, and the initial proposal called for having around 200 workers.
The company says the building will host Foxconn events, including tech talks and recruitment drives. It’s also being billed as a space for community engagement.
