A Green Bay city worker found an abandoned suitcase in a ditch, and a dead puppy was inside.
Police say the public works employee was on Emmet Street on the northwest side Monday morning.
Investigators believe the dog was four to six months old. It was a black and white pit bull terrier-type dog.
Police are waiting to find out how the animal died. They’re looking for information on the dog, and any witnesses.
