The state justice department says the man killed in a high-speed chase in Two Rivers was Forest Springstube.
Investigators say a Manitowoc County Sheriff’s deputy was trying to stop Springstube, when the man crashed his car last Sunday morning. Springstube died at the scene. No one else was in his car.
The deputy will be on routine administrative leave until the investigation is finished.
