There will soon be more services available to help prevent suicide in the Fox Cities.
The Center for Suicide Awareness in Kaukauna is using some state funding, and partnerships with several nonprofits, to add a new location.
Executive Director Barb Bigalke says they’ll be able to offer new wrap-around services, and space to hold workshops. The center is also using the money from the state to bring on a data analyst to see if they need to adjust how they’re doing things.
Bigalke says the new office is off Fourth Street, just south of downtown Kaukauna. The main office is along 14th Street, on the south side.
