Recreational weed became legal in Illinois yesterday. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, in part because of the influx of Wisconsinite’s, shoppers at some of the dispensaries faced a three hour wait. A three hour wait! Gee, that reminds me of a song. Let’s change the words a bit.
