Federal prosecutors are handling a child sex case involving a high-ranking member of the New York City Department of Education.
Neenah police say they caught 39-year-old David Hay in a sting. He was arrested at the Milwaukee airport earlier this week.
Hay was the deputy chief of staff for the chancellor of the New York district. He’s from Antigo.
Police say prosecutors are planning to release more information on Friday.
