Marijuana might now be legal in Illinois, but a labor lawyer says workers in Wisconsin could be punished or fired, if they fail a drug test.
Attorney Summer Murchid tells “Up Front” that’s because the drug is still illegal in this state. She says many companies do have policies against using marijuana.
It’s the same story for people buying marijuana in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where it’s also legal.
