The suspect in the stabbing and police shooting at Oshkosh West High School won’t be back in court until late next week.
Seventeen-year-old Grant Fuhrman’s attorney asked to cancel a hearing for this morning.
The teen’s preliminary hearing is still set for Thursday, January 16th. A court commissioner will decide whether there’s enough evidence for Fuhrman to stand trial on an attempted murder charge.
Prosecutors say Fuhrman stabbed school police Officer Michael Wissink with a barbeque fork. They say Wissink then shot Fuhrman. Both survived.
