A building listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Kaukauna is being transformed into office space for entrepreneurs.
The former Nicolet school at the corner of East 8th Street and Crooks Avenue opened in 1891.
Theo Holba and Logan Rankin bought the building last year.
Holba says they tried to keep as much of the original character as possible.
Twelve businesses already moved into the historic building.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Thursday starting at 4:30 p.m.
