One of the men described as a follower of former Green Bay Packers player Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila didn’t show up for a court hearing this morning.
Twenty-two-year-old Ryan Desmith was supposed to be in Brown County court on charges that include carrying a concealed gun. A court commissioner is giving him the “benefit of the doubt” and rescheduled the hearing for next Friday.
Desmith still hasn’t signed his $2,500 signature bond.
Desmith and Jordan Salmi are accused of bringing concealed guns to a Christmas pageant at a Green Bay church. Police say KGB didn’t want his children taking part in the pageant because of his religious beliefs.
Desmith and Salmi had contentious court hearings earlier this week.
