A former professor is giving $1.9 million from his estate to support UW-Oshkosh’s international studies program.
Kenneth Grieb died last July. He put the gift in his estate.
UW-Oshkosh Foundation Chair Tim Mulloy says faculty can ask for funding for research and other support, and students can apply for scholarships. He says the foundation is creating a special committee to review the requests.
Grieb was the international studies coordinator, and the advisor for the school’s Model United Nations Team.
