A Waukesha County judge says the state’s education department can’t treat private voucher schools differently than public schools, when it comes to online classes.
School Choice Wisconsin Action sued, arguing private schools should be able to count that time toward the minimum number of required instructional hours. The state Department of Public Instruction lets public schools include online classes.
