If the owner of the Stein’s Garden and Home can work out a deal to buy Liberty Hall, work on the new store could start soon.
Village Administrator Danielle Block says all of the major approvals are already in place. Stein’s plans to re-purpose the current banquet building, as part of the project.
Block isn’t sure where Liberty Hall would move, but she hopes the business will stay in the village. She says she’s heard from people that like to have the meeting and event space in Kimberly.
Liberty Hall is close to the corner of Highway CE and Eisenhower Drive. Stein’s currently has a location in Grand Chute.
