The Boys and Girls Club of Oshkosh is looking for adult volunteers to mentor children.
Mentoring Director Lyle Byre says 10 kids are waiting for a match right now. He says they’d meet with a child for one hour a week, at the club in the evening, or during free time at school.
Byre says the mentors and kids come together once a month for a group activity, like roller skating or going to a basketball game.
Byre says they currently have mentors for about 50 children.
