Governor Evers is creating a task force on student debt.
He wants members to come up with recommendations on how to deal with the issue.
The governor’s office, UW System, and state Technical College System will all be represented on the board. Secretary Kathy Blumenfeld of the Department of Financial Institutions will be the chair.
