The Neenah school district says tests show there aren’t any issues with the site of a possible new high school.
Spokesman Jim Strick says some raised questions about a nearby salvage yard, so they looked at noise and air quality.
The school board is expected to vote next week to finalize the nearly $3.4 million land sale.
The site is along Winchester Road, east of Clayton Avenue.
The district is holding a referendum in April for almost $115 million. The current high school would be converted into an intermediate school, and middle school.
