A six-year-old girl is again donating her birthday presents, and money she raised, to help kids in the emergency room at ThedaCare’s Neenah hospital.
Ella Bast bought toys and dropped them off this afternoon. She came up with the idea two years ago, after her sister came home from the E.R. with stickers and a sip cup.
Bast says her goal is to fill all emergency rooms with presents, so kids aren’t afraid or uncomfortable.
Ella’s mother, Tracey Bast says patients and their siblings can get stuffed animals, puzzles, games, coloring books, and clothes.
