One of the suspects in a vandalism spree in the Fox Cities is pleading no contest to 12 charges.
Nineteen-year-old Kevin Peterson of Appleton helped cause about $1 million in damage, at the Community First Champion Center construction site, early last year. He was also involved with arson fires in the elevators in two downtown Appleton parking ramps.
Peterson will be sentenced in May.
Eighteen-year-old Brandon Fossum of Appleton was sentenced to six years in prison, and 24 years on probation, for his role. Two people were charged in juvenile court.
Police also linked them to vandalism at a home project in Appleton, and an apartment building construction site in Grand Chute.
