Development continues to be a big priority in the Broadway district of Green Bay.
On Broadway Executive Director Brian Johnson says about $100 million worth of projects are in the works. He says developers are working on 340 apartments in the area.
Johnson says the goal is to bring 50 new businesses to the district over the next five years. He says they need more retail space to continue to grow.
