A large warehouse project in Greenville is generating a lot of rumors, and a town leader says it’s rare for a company to remain secrets for so long.
Administrator Joel Gregozeski says the speculation that it will be an Amazon distribution center is generating more interest in their industrial park. He says the town board will be taking up plans for another warehouse that’s involved in supply chains.
The warehouse is going up along Highway CB, north of Appleton International Airport.
Gregozeski doesn’t believe the company will continue to be a secret for too much longer. He says the warehouse should be ready by July.
