The owner of a day care in Oconto County is facing seven child neglect charges.
Thirty-six-year-old Nicole Brewer was running “Ryan’s Rascals” on Highway C in the Town of Chase.
Prosecutors say a 12-week-old boy had a broken arm last month, and another boy had a gash above the left eye after hitting his head on a coffee table. They say a 15-month-old girl had a head injury, and bruising that covered the right side of her head.
