Twenty-nine people from Wisconsin in quarantine following a west coast cruise are back home today.
Wisconsin National Guard troops flew to Oakland over the weekend to pick up the former Grand Princess passengers from a tent city in the harbor.
Governor Evers ordered their return, arguing that they can be kept in self-quarantine at home. They returned to Wisconsin late last night.
None of them have tested positive for coronavirus yet.
