An Austrian pilot took off for a 24-minute flight on Monday to send an important message to everyone on the ground. That message was “stay home,” conveyed through his flight plan.
The pilot flew his single-engine plane from an airport just south of Vienna in an erratic flight path before landing in the city of Graz. Afterward, he shared a map of his flight path on Twitter with a clear message to his fellow countrymen to practice social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic.
