I met Adam Sandler about a year before he joined the cast of Saturday Night Live. We chatted for about a half hour. He was a sweet, young kid doing stand-up comedy and trying to find the best place to go for pretty girls in Green Bay. Whether you love or hate his unique brand of humor, you got to admit, he still seems like a pretty nice guy who is not terribly changed by wealth and fame.
Adam made a socially distant appearance on the Tonight Show this week, where a debuted a “quaran-tune” saluting doctors and nurses. The song starts about 1:40. Check it out. -Rick-
