A stretch of Green Bay Road in Kaukauna is going to be closed for several months.
The DOT plans to start work on the street today.
Project Manager Tim Rank says they’ll be rebuilding about a half-mile of the road, between Lawe and Claribel streets. He says they’re going to eliminate parking on one side of the street, and put in bike lanes.
The project is scheduled to be finished by the end of August.
There will be access to businesses and homes.
