The Neenah school district will be getting a new high school.
Voters approved a nearly $115 million referendum to help pay for the project, by a 54 percent to 46 percent margin. The school will be along Winchester Road, east of Clayton Avenue.
The current high school will be converted into an intermediate school and middle school.
The district will also use $47 million in regular borrowing to pay for the projects.
Security will also be upgraded at all buildings in the district.
In April of last year, 52 percent of voters said “No” to a nearly $130 million referendum to replace Shattuck Middle School with a new building, and renovate the elementary schools.
