A political expert believes voting by mail doesn’t favor one party over an other.
That’s been a question since a record number of absentee ballots were sent out for last week’s election.
Marquette University Law School Poll Director Charles Franklin says the numbers were pretty even in the most “red” and “blue” parts of the state.
He says Waukesha, Washington and Ozaukee are traditionally Republican leaning while Dane and Milwaukee lean Democratic.
