For our first week, we chatted via video conference with Henry Schwartz from Mobcraft Brewing out of Milwaukee, and we tasted two of their delicious brews.
The Gier Bier lager is made using pre-prohibition yeast that Mobcraft was able to source after an interesting search.
The Low pHunk sour ale is a perfect start if you’ve never tried a sour beer before. It’s tart, but won’t make you pucker!
