Green Bay police arrested two kids in a graffiti investigation.
Vandals have damaged 32 homes, businesses, churches, and parking lots, since the middle of last month. Police think the two suspects are responsible for many of those cases.
In several of them, the phrase “Covid is a lie” was painted on buildings.
