The Milwaukee Health Department believes seven people caught coronavirus while voting on April 7th.
Health Commissioner Jeanette Kowalik says six of them were Milwaukee voters, the other was a city poll worker.
There were long lines for in-person voting, with only five polling locations open in Milwaukee.
Officials hope to have more information on the cases by the end of the week.
