Australia: where even your kitchen pantry tries to kill you.
An Australian family discovered a giant carpet python living in their kitchen pantry. While they originally just saw the tail, they quickly realized that the snake was much, much larger than that. In the video below, you can see the animal strike out at the snake catcher who comes to remove it. Once removed from the pantry, you can see that the snake is longer than two meters (six feet). The handler was able to remove the snake safely.
