The owner of Grand Chute company recently fined for safety violations is also accused of failing to pay a worker.
Douglas Larson is charged with one misdemeanor count.
Prosecutors say Larson didn’t pay a worker at MODS International for a week’s worth of work, in September of last year.
Last week, OSHA announced more than $200,000 in fines against MODS for not having a safe work environment.
