Doctors believe an Appleton man accused of stabbing a three-year old child to death is mentally competent to stand trial.
Demetrius Williams is charged in Outagamie County Court with first-degree intentional homicide and attempted murder. Prosecutors say he killed Zayana Corbin, and stabbed her pregnant mother in February.
