The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for help finding a man who was caught on video doing push-ups on top of a moving car.
In the video, you can see the man climb out of the rear passenger-side window, and onto the roof of the vehicle. The man, shirtless of course, then starts doing push-ups before the video ends.

This is not to be confused with any teenage wolfmen seen surfing on top of their vehicles. That’s an entirely different violation.
