The state is reporting five percent of new confirmed coronavirus tests came back positive.
That’s down from eight percent yesterday, and the same figure as Tuesday.
There are now 13,885 confirmed cases in Wisconsin. That’s 472 more than yesterday.
The state received a record of about 9,400 test results over the past day. The state’s goal is to test an average of 11,000 people a day.
There have been 487 confirmed deaths, and that’s six more.
Brown County has 42 new cases, for a total of 2,177.
Winnebago added nine, and now has 141 overall. Outagamie has eight more, for 161.
Two counties each added two cases. Shawano is at 36, and Manitowoc 28.
Three counties each have one more. Calumet is up to 61, Kewaunee 32, and Green Lake 12.
The statewide hospitalization rate for confirmed cases is 16 percent.
Fifty-eight percent of confirmed cases in the state have recovered.
