A 17-year-old Green Bay girl was arrested, after police say she was driving drunk when she hit a guardrail on the Main Street Bridge in the city’s downtown.
They say a 17-year-old girl was riding with her around 5:30 a.m. yesterday. She was thrown from the car, and landed in the Fox River.
Someone in a fishing boat was nearby, and helped her get out of the water. The girl was taken to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The driver was taken to custody, after she was treated at a hospital.
