An Oshkosh man is going to prison for 20 years for the death of his newborn son.
Twenty-nine-year-old Cory Lyons was watching the two-month-old boy in December of 2018, while the child’s mother returned to work for the first time.
Winnebago County prosecutors say he shook the baby, because he was frustrated.
Lyons was convicted of first-degree reckless homicide in January, after pleading no contest. He’ll be on probation for 20 years, following his release.
