WAPL’s John Jordan has been dealing with an odd delivery issue this week – despite a notification that his order had been delivered on Wednesday, he never received the package.

This person from Upland, California has a far easier mystery to solve:
The doorbell cam at an apartment complex filmed a neighbor returning home from walking his dog, and you can see him notice a delivery package while he stares at their front door before going around a corner and out of sight.
But eight seconds later he comes back with his shirt pulled over his head (but with dog still in tow) and takes their package. The owner contacted the police and the guy was cited for petty theft.
