A judge is ruling the suspect in a dozen arsons in the Fond du Lac area is competent to stand trial.
Michael Miller faces 27 charges, including 12 counts of arson, for fires between last September and April. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 10th.
Prosecutors say he would set a variety of items on fire, including a rag, and men’s and women’s underwear.
He also faces five counts of possessing child pornography for pictures that investigators say were on his phone.
