The coronavirus pandemic isn’t impacting the Port of Green Bay.
Director Dean Haen says their totals are three percent higher than at this time last year. And he says 2019 was their best in 12 years.
Haen reports nearly 288,000 tons of products moved through the port last month. He says they’re seeing increases in imports and exports of a number of items.
He’s concerned manufacturers will reduce their orders for raw materials in the second and third quarters. Haen hopes the regional economy stays strong.
