The state is reporting 10.1 percent of new coronavirus tests came back positive.
That’s up for the fifth straight day, while the state added 769 new cases.
Yesterday’s percentage of positive tests was 7.7 percent, and Friday’s was 6.7 percent.
The state had set single-day records for new cases for three straight days. Today’s total is still higher than Thursday’s record of 754.
There have been 36,448 confirmed cases overall.
The state has 7,305 active cases, and that’s 361 more. Over the past 14 days, the total has jumped by nearly 2,250.
Hospitals are treating 264 coronavirus patients, and that’s one fewer than yesterday. Another 148 people are waiting for test results.
The state is reporting 820 confirmed deaths, and that’s one fewer.
Brown County has 31 new cases, Fond du Lac 22, Outagamie 21, and Winnebago 11.
Oconto added seven, Waupaca six, Manitowoc five, Calumet three, and Kewaunee two.
Shawano and Green Lake each had one more.
