The state is reporting another 900 new confirmed coronavirus cases in Wisconsin.
The percentage of new positive tests was 6.3 percent, and that’s up from 5.9 percent yesterday, and lower than Tuesday’s 6.6 percent.
There are 8,236 active cases, and that’s 264 more.
The number of COVID-19 patients in hospitals topped 300 for the first time in at least a month. Hospitals are reporting 310 people are being treated, and another 154 are waiting for test results.
There have been 831 confirmed deaths, and that’s four more.
Brown County has 45 new cases, Manitowoc 10, and Outagamie nine. Winnebago and Waupaca each added six.
Fond du Lac has five more, Calumet four, Oconto three, Shawano two, and Green Lake one.
