The teachers unions for the five largest school districts want classrooms to remain closed in the fall.
Union leaders from Green Bay, Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, and Racine sent a letter to Governor Evers and the heads of the departments of public instruction and health services.
They’re calling for virtual learning, because coronavirus cases aren’t contained in the state.
