A federal judge is sentencing an Omro man to five years in prison for illegally having a gun.
Colin Coffin will also spend three years on probation.
He was arrested last September, after he was found passed out in his car in Oshkosh. Police found a shotgun with the serial number scratched off in the car.
Coffin is a convicted felon, so he can’t have a gun.
