Menasha police arrested two people after they say a woman was held in a room against her will for several hours.
They say the 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was accused of stealing money, and she sent a Facebook message to a sister for help.
A 32-year-old Oshkosh woman, and a 24-year-old Appleton woman were arrested at the house on the city’s east side.
The victim wasn’t hurt.
