A murder suspect accused of trying to escape from the Outagamie County jail is facing a trial.
A judge is ordering a trial for Demetrius Williams on charges of escape and taking a hostage.
Prosecutors say he worked with Matthew Beyer to grab a jail corrections officer, in their pod, to try to get out.
Williams is accused of stabbing his pregnant girlfriend, and killing her daughter, three-year-old Zyana Corbin in Appleton in February.
He was found competent to stand trial in both cases.
Beyer is charged with the murders of his two children, five-year-old William and three-year-old Danielle Beyer, in Kaukauna.
