Brown County leaders are looking to give out about $30,000 in grant money for crime prevention projects.
Spokesman Jeff Flynt says the money could be used to protect neighborhoods and increase safety. He says much of the money has gone to Crime Stoppers, but other groups are being creative. He says one neighborhood used the money to buy 60 Ring Video doorbells.
